Popcorn Machine Replacement Doors

Still waiting on the replacement of the replacement for the GAS SPRING. The replacement I received 19 days ago was faulty. I wrote and requested a replacement of that. I heard back from Tara, saying it would be replaced and I would be receiving a new tracking number, but have not received that yet. Please advise.
